Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale

By: Katie Schroepfer

First Impression: I’ve always liked the creativity that Sierra Nevada puts into their labels, and this one is just another fun one that they have. It’s not overly Christmassy, which makes it more fun because some brewers try too  hard with their seasonals and labels.

Pour: The pour was nice and crisp, not too dark and not too light. It had the right amount of headiness to it as well. With it being a dry-hopped ale, the pour created a rich aroma making you want to decorate that Christmas tree.

Taste: This is a great seasonal beer. The taste was the right amount of ingredients pulled together to make it great for a night of relaxing. This is a beer that you would grab after a long day’s work.
